Baby Swimming 0 – 12 months

We teach babies to swim right from birth. We use warm hydrotherapy pools, perfect for your tiny baby.
Your first term with Aqualight includes a FREE GIFT of an Aqualight swim bag and an outer reusable swim nappy.

Enrol your child with a £35 deposit. Termly fees vary depending on pool location but classes start from £13.99 per lesson.

Age Appropriate Programmes

The Aqualight Babies programme emphasises freedom in the water and working at their own pace. This allows your child to develop their confidence in the water before they have a chance to develop any fear of it.

About Our Teaching

We have passionate teachers who use up-to-date research on baby development to help you and your baby get the most out of being in the water. We also incorporate Aqua Sensory into our teaching programme.

Aqualight is also involved in carrying our own research, which is presented by Emmaline Kitson to swimming teachers all over the world!

We provide a holistic approach to your baby’s water development. We will teach you how to swim with your baby, as well as enhancing your bond and communication between and your baby.
